Reservations and deposit:
A deposit of 30% of the rental estimate is required to confirm the booking and reserve the selected rental items for the date and time specified. This will help cover the cost of turning away other potential customers. The deposit also acts as a damage deposit and is returned once all items are returned and inspected. This rental arrangement is for a maximum of 72 hours unless otherwise agreed to. Additional rental fees will apply if items are not returned on time.
Agreement and fees:
A signed copy of the Rental Agreement is due 30 days prior to the event to ensure the items selected are reserved for your event. Items may be rented at short notice depending on availability. Full payment is due prior to pick-up. Customers agree that a Rental Agreement signed by the customer and Crescent Moon Forge and Ironworks Ltd. serves as a legally binding contract.
Delivery and pick-up:
Delivery, set-up and pick-up are available at an additional charge. Please contact us for further details.
Refunds and cancellation charges:
Refunds of deposits are available up to 20 days prior to event. Orders cancelled 20 days or less before the event date are non-refundable. Rental charges apply after rental agreement is signed and items leave our shop (whether used for your event or not).
Damaged & unreturned items:
All items will be inspected on return. The customer will be responsible to pay for any loss, damage, breakage, theft or alteration of any rented item. Except for reasonable rental usage, all items must be returned in their original condition. Repair costs will be extra as applicable. Where repair is not feasible or cost effective, replacement charges will apply per our Damage Charge List. Any applicable repair and/or replacement costs will be adjusted against the damage deposit. If the repair or replacement charges are in excess of the damage deposit the customer agrees to cover the additional related cost.
